Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal

All physical SarcasmArt products are printed to order by our production partners after you place your order. Our digital products (PDF coloring books) are delivered as an instant download. We still want you to be happy with your purchase.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@sarcasmart.com and include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the item.

30-day Returns for any other reason

You can return or exchange unused, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@sarcasmart.com before sending anything back. Return shipping is free of charge for you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the return. Personalized items (for example items with custom text) cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective. This voluntary 30-day return option applies to physical products only.

Digital products (instant downloads)

Our digital coloring books are delivered as a download immediately after payment. If a file is defective or cannot be opened, contact us at support@sarcasmart.com with your order number. We will send you a new file or issue a full refund, and we reply within 24 hours.

Right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and the UK

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. For contracts for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sarcasm Art UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Liethberg 15, 24576 Bad Bramstedt, Germany, email: support@sarcasmart.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. We bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content: For contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium (for example our PDF downloads), your right of withdrawal expires as soon as we have begun to perform the contract, i.e. when the download has been made available to you, provided that you have expressly consented before your purchase to our beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we have confirmed this to you on a durable medium (our order confirmation email).

Exclusion: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (for example items with custom text).
